I’ve been using GoTo Connect for 3 years as my business phone but they recently have been required to register with some ridiculous national network and require you to apply to the application or all your information will be blocked. They don’t even tell you what to do, how to do it and just deny you when you put in the request. I was denied 6 times before I finally had had enough and reached out to Joe to see if he could help. I run a chiropractic office and I wasn’t able to reply to patients due to this issue for over a month. Joe worked with my website developer and put the correct information in without me having to get involved and FIXED MY ISSUE! I am beyond grateful for his help and quick response during the process. I always hate calling support because you’re talking to people not in this country so it’s so nice to have someone in this town I can call! Highly recommend!
I just wanted to shoot some quick feedback your way regarding our internet/phone switchover. Since the switch, our internet has been running quickly, and consistently. Before upgrading, our speeds were an average of 96mgps for download, and about 15mgbps for upload. After upgrading, our speeds have increased to 700mgps for download, and right around 100mgps for upload. Our pinpad used to process for quite a bit of time, and most times end with a connection error that would require us to reset the payroc program. Now our pinpad is consistent, and goes right through with every transaction. We did initially have some issues with the phone calls not being forwarded to the new phone, but after sending an email out, they were quick to get it working within the hour!
We recently switched our business phone service with ESP, which included an office location, a warehouse, and 11 retail stores.
